RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

0008 £90 JM Scott Playing field maintenance.

0009 £90 JM Scott Playing field maintenance.

• General update on playing field.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing field & Pinfold.
• Some tree pruning has taken place.  Awaiting report from CDC to inspect and remove dead trees.
• CDC to sort the gate hinge & Surface moss as soon as possible.
• Leaves have been cleared away as requested to the compost bin and surrounding area.

There being no other business the meeting closed at 7.15pm
