Paisley the missing spaniel has been found after 24 hours safe and well and returned to Lucy, her owner. The search teams and publicity on Facebook and the Burghwallis website helped to facilitate her return after she was found and fed watered and cared for by a local resident. A good ending in our troubled times, and the chance to apologise to Paisley as we mistakenly called her a male yesterday!
