MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 23^RD JANUARY 2024

• Minutes of the meeting held on 12^th December 2023

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

00011 £10 For signs for the compost bin was approved.

• General update on playing field.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing field & Pinfold.
• Some tree pruning has taken place.  Awaiting report from CDC to inspect and remove dead trees.
• CDC Surface moss cleaning on the Play equipment area.  This has been completed recently but not to a very good satisfaction.  Agreed to contact CDC and withhold payment.
