MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 16^TH AUGUST 2022

• Minutes of the meeting held 5th July 2022

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

New Bank Account opened

• General update on condition of playingfield
• New Litter Bin – New bin has now been fitted correctly with the base.
• Benches – It was reported one of the benches is in need of sanding down and re-staining.
• Compost Bin – Has been filled with branches that won’t compost.  These will be removed.  A sign to be put up for compostable only.
• Queens Jubilee – Updated accounts received with £1,100 raised for donation to the UNICEF Ukrainian appeal.

• Next Meeting

The next meeting to be held at The Burghwallis Public House commencing at 7.15pm.  Tuesday 27^th September 2022
