MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 18^TH MARCH 2025

• Minutes of the meeting held 21^st January 2025

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing Field & Pinfold.
• A quote was received from a Tree specialist to remove dead trees.  As this wasn’t urgent, it was agreed to contact Doncaster council for further help.                                                                                                   Action: JH
• Pinfold is all ok.
• Paving stones at the pedestrian gate to be looked at by Doncaster council to see if repairs are needed.  Awaiting response from Doncaster Council.                                                                                                         Action: DM
• Grass seed for the burnt area can now be done                  Action: SS
