MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 10^TH DECEMBER 2024

RESOLVED – Absence accepted

• Minutes of the meeting held 22^nd October 2024

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Awaiting report from CDC to inspect and remove dead trees.  Agreed to contact CDC again
• Pinfold is all ok.
• Replacement seat plaque sorted
• Swing has been restored to its correct position
• Paving stones at the pedestrian gate to be looked at by Doncaster council to see if repairs are needed.
• Grass seed for the burnt area would be done in the spring.
