MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 22^nd OCTOBER 2024

• Minutes of the meeting held 17^th September 2024

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Awaiting report from CDC to inspect and remove dead trees.  Agreed to contact CDC again
• Pinfold is all ok and grass has been cut.
• Replacement seat plaque – Councillor Grimes would get a new one
• JM Scott would be contacted next month for the leaf clearing.
• Playground inspection completed by Fields in Trust and recommendations noted.
• Grass seed for the burnt area would be done in the spring.
