• Minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 8^th November 2022

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Matters arising from the minutes 
• Abbes Walk – road surface is awaiting repairs to be completed.
• War Memorial – Repairs in progress.
• Notice Board Repairs – A new backing for the board is needed plus outside repairs. Ongoing.
• Christmas Lunch – This would be funded by the Parish Council this year.  14^th December 2022 Food, Raffle & Bingo for Senior residents. 

• Financial Matters

RESOLVED that the accounts payable be approved and the cheques and bank statement signed.

Locality Feedback Request – to be completed by Chair on behalf of Councillors

An email regarding parking on Old Village Street had been received. 

RESOLVED to reply as this is Highways & Police not Parish Council

Defibrillator refresher training was requested

RESOLVED to investigate prices

Bus Service is now frequent through the village.  A resident requested the service be a reduced time table as a small village with late night and Sunday buses are too much. This will be discussed further at the next meeting.

Ongoing with updates and documents.

We are awaiting a response from the developer regarding site visitor data.

Invoice have been received for the ongoing website costs.  These are in query due to incorrectly added up.

The next meeting to be held at The Burghwallis Public House commencing at 7pm.
