• Minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 5th July 2022

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Matters arising from the minutes 
• Ivy that needs to be removed around the village would be looked at in September.
• Abbes Walk road surface has been reported and repairs are to be carried out imminently.  One large pothole has been repaired.
• 3 Litter picks have been done around the village.

• Financial Matters

400391 – £90.80 HMRC Clerk Salary

400392 – £426.40 Clerk Salary

400393 – £120 DMBC Playing field repairs

RESOLVED that the accounts payable be approved and the cheques and bank statement signed.

• Playing Field/Pinfold

New Bank account has been received.  Playingfield maintenance payments will be transferred once the 2^nd half precept has been received in October.

• Poor’s Land

Awaiting the opening of Doncaster Archives to retrieve a copy of the constitution.

New bank account has been opened

Monies will be transferred to the new bank account in October.

Councillor Laming to contact Mrs Howells to give the new bank details for the rent payment.

All circulated

            2 of the War Memorial letters have come off/broken and needs repairing or replacing.

• Website

Ongoing with updates and documents.

To ask if a report can be received from the website with the total number of visitors to the site each month.
