MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 8^TH NOVEMBER 2022

• Minutes of the meeting held 27^th September 2022

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on playing field
• Compost Bin has been turned.  Also needs several repairs.  Councillor Mrs Grimes is looking into this.
• A final cut/leaf clearance of the playing field would be requested.
• Benches in the field will be stained next year.

• Next Meeting

The next meeting to be held at The Burghwallis Public House commencing at 7.15pm.  Tuesday 13^th December 2022
