MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 21^ST JANUARY 2025

• Minutes of the meeting held 10th December 2024

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Awaiting report from CDC to inspect and remove dead trees.  Agreed to contact a local Tree surgeon.                                             Action: JH
• Pinfold is all ok.
• Paving stones at the pedestrian gate to be looked at by Doncaster council to see if repairs are needed.                                                          Action: DM
• Grass seed for the burnt area would be done in the spring.
• The current grass cutting is not going up to the edges of the field encouraging brambles to grow.  It was agreed to ask Mrs Scott to cut up to the edges of the field. Also to ask her if she has a chipper to break up the Christmas tree.                                                                                             Action: DM
