RESOLVED to be signed.

• Financial Matters

Account balance circulated.

            Rent £600 due on 1^st November 2024

New Tenants from 16^th December 2024 to be confirmed.

Agreed to contact the new owners to make sure the rent has been paid.  No up-to-date Statement has been received.

Agreed to pay the solicitors for work done to date

• General update on the field.
