MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 17^TH  SEPTEMBER 2024

• Minutes of the meeting held 6th August 2024

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

£90 – JM Scott Playing field maintenance

• General update on Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Awaiting report from CDC to inspect and remove dead trees.  Agreed to investigate other tree surgeons to come and look/quote
• Play equipment repairs completed
• Wildflower strimming has been done and more seed thrown on the area.
• Grass seed will be put down on the fire burnt area.
• Pinfold is all ok and grass has been cut.
