RESOLVED that the minutes be signed.
- Matters arising from the minutes.
- Repairs to the War memorial & Notice board are waiting to be completed.
- RESOLVED that the contractor be instructed to proceed.
- Fly tipping is still a problem in the area. Councillor Grimes does a regular litter pick on areas of the village and reports any large fly tipping, as does Councillor Slack. The resident who litter picks Grange Lane is currently not able to do so; Councillor Maxwell will do a weekly litter pick along this road.
- Benches around the village have all been stained
- Councillor Maxwell gave an update on the latest Community Engagement Meeting held at Askern on 29th July. The next meeting is at Scawthorpe Library on September 30th.
