MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 6^TH AUGUST  2024

• Minutes of the meeting held 25^th June 2024

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

£225 – JM Scott Playing field maintenance

• General update on Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Awaiting report from CDC to inspect and remove dead trees. 
• Benches all thru the village have been stained
• Play equipment inspection from CDC advisory repairs.  Agreed to go ahead with suggested repairs and costs
• Strimming is needed around the wildflower area.  Agreed to ask JM Scott to cut.
• Councillor Wilson has planted a tree from her garden.
• Fires have been made on the field in one spot, leaving ashes behind, will clear away.
