1 Election of Chairman -Councillor Maxwell was proposed as Chairman by Councillor Slack & Councillor Grimes
RESOLVED Councillor Maxwell Accepted and took the chair for the meeting.
2 Election of Vice-chairman – Councillor Grimes was proposed as Vice Chairman by Councillor McIlroy & Councillor Maxwell
RESOLVED Councillor Grimes Accepted
3 All members signed declarations of acceptance of office.
4 Apologies of Absence – None
5 Minutes of the last meeting held 30th May 2023
RESOLVED that the minutes be signed.
6 Matter arising from the minutes – None
7 Councillor Slack & Councillor McIlroy were appointed to attend YLCA Meetings
8 Update on Policies & Procedures
RESOLVED updated and signed accordingly.
