- Minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 10th October 2023
RESOLVED that the minutes be signed.
- Matters arising from the minutes.
- Senior Citizens Christmas Lunch –Councillors Chris McIlroy & Brenda Grimes to collate a list of attendees following advertising in the church magazine. To date we have around 20 attendees including one paying guest.
- Raffle prices would be collected, and Table decorations purchased.
- Christmas Tree – Councillor Brenda Grimes has ordered the Tree and would be notified when ready for delivery. Brenda to contact the supplier for any updates.
- Councillor Dave Maxwell to contact the stone mason who repaired the War Memorial wall as the gate will not close.

Discussion re the Poor’s Land Charity Rules. Dave Maxwell to look at Charities with Poor’s Land and see what they say in their constitution.
Dave Maxwell and Brenda Grimes attended a meeting with Arriva and CDC re the bus times and changes to be considered. Slight change to times and route.
Next Community Engagement Meeting to be held at the Library on Amersall Road in Scawthorpe on the 27th November 6 – 7.30pm
