• Minutes of the meeting held 24^th January 2023

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on playing field.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing field & Pinfold.
• Benches in the field will be stained later in the year.
• Play Equipment painting to be done later in the year.
• Ivy from the park is encroaching onto the roadside and needs cutting back.  A date for works would be arranged.

• Next Meeting

The next meeting to be held at The Burghwallis Public House commencing at 7.15pm.  Tuesday 18^th April 2023
