• Minutes of the meeting held 8th November 2022

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on playing field
• Compost Bin has been repaired
• A final cut/leaf clearance has been completed.
• Benches in the field will be stained next year.
• Play Equipment painting to be done next year
• Field in trust report received & various equipment repairs have been completed

• Next Meeting

The next meeting to be held at The Burghwallis Public House commencing at 7.15pm.  Tuesday 24^th January 2023
