An updated presentation was given to the Parish Council about the new website.

More updates to be completed. 

A resident enquired with regards to the Poor’s field rent and who the money benefits?

Chairman’s opening remarks and Declarations of interest

VACANCY – 3 applications were received.  Unanimous decision Jessica Job co-opted.

Councillor Mr Maxwell informed all 3 candidates.

Forms to complete will be issued and returned to clerk within 28days.

RESOLVED that the accounts payable be approved and the cheques and bank statement signed.

A budget for 2022/23 was approved previously with no increase to the precept.

Room hire invoice was requested.

1. New Matters/Any Other Business                         

Great British Spring Clean.  Dates to advertise are 30^th March & 9^th April.

Councillor Mrs Grimes reported DMBC had been great in removing recent rubbish that had been dumped within the same day.

Queens jubilee Celebrations.  Meetings were being held with residents, pub, British Legion and Parish Council. 

Councillor Mr Maxwell reported he had been invited (as PC Chairman) to the licensing and installation of The Revd Chris Herbert as Priest-in-Charge at Campsall Church on 7^th April.

The next meeting to be held at The Burghwallis Public House commencing at 7pm.
