1 Election of Chairman -Councillor Maxwell was proposed as Chairman by Councillor Laming & Councillor Grimes
RESOLVED Councillor Maxwell Accepted and took the chair for the meeting.
2 Election of Vice-chairman – Councillor Grimes was proposed as Vice Chairman by Councillor Hudson & Councillor Maxwell
RESOLVED Councillor Grimes Accepted
3 All members signed declarations of acceptance of office.

5 Minutes of the last meeting held 14th May 2019
RESOLVED that the minutes be signed.
